Even at that price, however, Globus Medical, Inc. has, again, bought a great company and paid blue-light special prices for it.
Globus Medical will acquire Nevro in an all-cash transaction. Both company boards of directors have unanimously approved the transaction. Under the terms of the agreement, Globus Medical will pay $5.85 per share, which according to Globus, “represents a total equity value of approximately $250 million.”
