The highest paid orthopedic executive is 59-year-old Kevin Lobo, Stryker Corporation’s CEO and Board Chairman. According to Stryker’s 2025 proxy filing, Lobo received $1.4 million in salary. Add in bonuses, stock options and other non-salary compensation, and Lobo received an industry leading $21,979,000.
Interestingly, Lobo’s annual cash salary is #2 after Smith & Nephew’s Deepak Nath’s $1.6 million—who was the target of a vitriolic shareholder revolt over his total comp package.
