A Delaware federal jury has decided that NuVasive, Inc.’s screw products infringe five spinal implant patents held by Roger P. Jackson, M.D.
The lawsuit originated when Dr. Jackson, a spine surgeon and inventor, sued NuVasive. Dr. Jackson alleged that NuVasive infringed on patents he owned and was named as the inventor.
