Kingsley R. Chin, M.D., MBA and the United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts have entered into a plea agreement resolving allegations that Dr. Chin made false statements to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Dr. Chin formerly served as the CEO of SpineFrontier, Inc., a Massachusetts-based spinal implant and instrument supplier. According to the plea agreement, Dr. Chin agreed to plead guilty to making false statements to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
