You probably want to know if your patient has ingested a cannabidiol prior to surgery. But you might be out of the loop, says new work from Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS).
The unpublished study, “Prevalence of cannabidiol use in patients undergoing sports medicine procedures on the knee, shoulder, or hip: A survey study,” was recently honored with the President’s Choice Awards from the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine .
