The Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic (KJOC), a leading sports medicine clinic, has filed a malpractice lawsuit against Hooper Lundy & Bookman, P.C., the very same law firm that was representing Kerlan-Jobe during the negotiations with Cedars for the past several years.
According to Kerlan-Jobe, the Hooper Lunder lawyers hid their conflicts with Cedars Sinai over that period of time.
