Despite Earlier Losses, NuVasive Revives Fight Against Pat Miles

In a triumph of hope over experience, someone at NuVasive (now Globus Medical, Inc.), with no doubt the full support of $2,500 per hour attornies, is once again pressing its case against Alphatec Holdings, Inc. and its former senior executive, Patrick Miles.

Specifically, NuVasive is appealing two post-trial rulings that cut against them (and in favor of Pat Miles and Alphatec Spine) after a five-day trial in Delaware’s Court of Chancery.
