Starting January 1, 2026, Spencer Stiles will step into the role of President and Chief Operating Officer at Stryker Corporation. His new portfolio? Stryker’s global businesses, long-term strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.
Kevin Lobo, Stryker’s chair and CEO, summed it up simply: “Appointing Stiles strengthens Stryker’s ability to keep growing while making the most of its massive portfolio.”
