Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) has teamed up with global investor General Atlantic to launch a new national platform of orthopedic and spine ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).
And they’re not starting from scratch. The group is acquiring Legent Health, a well-established operator of ortho and spine facilities, giving the platform instant scale and operational muscle.
