Two Ortho Teams Stop Pretending They Aren’t Dating

In a move that shocked absolutely no one who’s been paying attention to Helena, Montana’s ortho scene, St. Peter’s Health and Helena Orthopaedic Clinic have finally made their relationship official.

After years of collaboration, hallway consultations, and probably a few shared vendor lunches, the two organizations have signed letters of intent to integrate fully as of December 1, 2025 — a date that will live in infamy for schedulers and HR onboarding teams.
