Noblesville, Indiana-based Nexxt Spine, LLC has purchased the industrial building where it has leased space for seven years. More surgeon demand, an enhanced product portfolio, and a number of 3D laser beam printers are behind the expansion.
The expansion will allow the company to ramp up its in-house additive manufacturing of 3D printed porous titanium implants. Nexxt Spine also houses its engineering and customer service departments in the building. Renovation plans means that the current floorplan will double the company’s Nexxt Spine square footage from 18,000 ft to 36,000 ft. Construction kicks off in June 2020 and should be completed by December 2020. At that point, says the company, they anticipate 25 new jobs over the following18 month period.
