Mark Nixon is the new Vice President of Sales Eastern United States for King of Prussia, Pennsylvania-based Camber Spine.

Nixon brings more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience Camber Spine. He has, over his career, focused on medical, dental, and consumer products at such diverse medical device companies as Life Spine, AlloSource, THINK Surgical, Zimmer Biomet, and Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics.

Nixon continually engages in post-graduate studies. His education builds off the MBA he earned from Misenheimer, North Carolina-based Pfeiffer University. It also builds off the bachelor’s degree in public administration he obtained from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.

Painter continued, “His track record speaks for itself. He’s a seasoned commercial leader who will help steward and scale our business in the eastern U.S. We’re excited to have him join our spinal device sales team.”

Camber Spine is a rapidly growing spine and medical technology company which boasts more than 28 active or issued patents and 20 innovative spinal implant and instrument products with U.S. FDA 510(k) clearance. The company is one of the national leaders in the increasingly popular oblique lateral interbody fusion (OLIF) approach to treating complex spinal pathologies.

According to the company, its SPIRA®-O Open Matrix OLIF, which is manufactured using a 3D additive process with titanium. The SPIRA-O Open Matrix OLIF and its “open matrix design contain multiple pathways throughout the implant for osseointegration.”
