James A. Natalie, M.D.

James A. Natalie, M.D., a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, has joined the Andrews Institute and Baptist Medical Group at Gulf Breeze, Florida. Natalie offers patients non-surgical solutions to a wide range of nerve, muscle and bone conditions that affect how they move. He is noted for arming his patients with the information they need to make informed decisions about their care, and for having the skills to help patients recover quickly, with outcomes of as high a quality as possible.

Natalie is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health, and completed his residency at The Ohio State University Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, where he also served as chief resident. His clinical interests are in musculoskeletal and sports medicine, musculoskeletal ultrasound, spine injuries and electrodiagnostic (EMG/NCS) medicine.

Prior to joining the Andrews Institute, Natalie served as staff physiatrist at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center and as Ohio State University Sports Medicine team physician. He is also an accomplished athlete and was an alternate for the U.S. Men’s Olympic Gymnastics team in 2000 and is an inductee of the Ohio State University and the Delaware State Athletic Hall of Fame.
