Novant Health Barron, Homesley & Valentine: New Ballantyne Location

Novant Health Barron, Homesley & Valentine Orthopedic Specialists has opened a satellite clinic in the Ballantyne neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina (12611 North Community House Road, Suite 100).

Patients of all ages with general and surgical orthopedic injuries and diagnoses (except for back and neck pain) will be seen at this location. The clinic will have X-ray on-site and is open 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays.

Jerry Barron, M.D. an orthopedic surgeon with Novant Health Barron, Homesley & Valentine Orthopedic Specialists, told OTW, “We have been fortunate to serve patients from south Charlotte over the last 10 years at our main Charlotte location. As Charlotte has grown and surrounding communities have developed their distinct flavor we have had requests from multiple patients and physicians to open a location in south Charlotte.”

“We want to allow patients the opportunity to stay in their community for medical care and be served near their home and work locations. The timing coincided with the opportunity to hire Dr. Steve Marshall Martin, who is an experienced general orthopedist who treats all orthopedic injuries except spine and neck.”

“We secured the Torringdon location and feel it is centrally located and established hours to allow for appointments prior to work.”

“Our hours are Monday- Thursday 7-4, Friday 7-12. We operate out of the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Ballantyne and Novant Health Matthews Medical Center. Dr. Steve Marshall Martin and Jamie Andrews PA-C lead a dedicated staff with state of the art x-ray equipment to serve your orthopedic needs.”
